                                Reservation and Cancellation Policy

  • We understand life gets busy and we sometimes tend to forget, especially if an appointment was made weeks before. As a courtesy, we'll send reminder a day prior to your appointment.

  • You MUST response to confirm or your  appointment will be cancelled.

  • Should you've any changes, please give us at least 24 hours advance notice. If you're running late, please call, text, email to inform us. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled/reschedule, or session shortened.

When you missed more than 1 appointment (reschedule, cancelled or no show) there's a $30 retainer fee to book another appointment with our specialist. The $30 will goes toward your service on the day of. If for any reason you disagree with this policy. You've the right not to book with us.

Making Reservation

  • We Require Full Name, Phone and Email to complete a reservation. There's a $20 retainer fee for NEW CLIENTS. The $20 fee will goes toward your service on day of appointment.

  • Should you disagree with our booking Policy you ofcourse have the right not to book with us

  • There is a $30 retainer fee for services above $200 and/or service that's more than 1hr 30min. Please click button above to send the deposit. The $30 will goes toward your service on the day of your appointment.

  • If the service is more than $150 - Payment will be taken upon arrival.

  • If you booked but rescheduled or cancelled your appointment more than 2 times, there's a $30 retainer fee to rebook with the Specialist. The $30 will goes towards your services.

       APPOINTMENT REMINDER POLICY

  • Our Staff will send an appointment reminder via SMS/Email a day before to ask you to confirm the appointment you've scheduled. You must reply to confirm 'yes' or 'no' before 4pm to avoid cancellations.

 

 

 

CDC-OSHA guidelines do not allow observers in the treatment room. Family or friends can remain in the waiting room if desired. Child care arrangements must be made prior to all appointments.

 

For your own safety please let your aesthetician know before your treatment if you are: pregnant, taking the drug Accutane, using Retin-A or are on a blood thinner or daily aspirin.

 

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a skincare provider, we require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms.

Our Policies

L'AMI Skincare adheres to the following policies & procedures regarding Refunds & Cancellation.

Client Appointment

New clients, please arrive five minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a quick form.  We also ask that you check out the L'AMi website prior to your appointment for tips, facts and general helpful information about your appointment

24 hours before your appointment we will send you an sms or email to confirm your appointment details. You will need to respond to our email or text to let us know whether you will be coming, or not.  We do this because we know that life gets busy and sometimes people forget, especially if an appointment was made weeks before.

 

Product Refunds

There are no refunds on used, opened products or unopened. All sales are final on retail products. Unused product may be exchange for store credit, must bring unused product back to L'AMI Skincare within 3 days of purchase.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an  appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $30 cancellation fee or $50 fee for the Specialist appointment. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.

 

No Shows/ Reschedule Policy

If you do not show or reschedule for a confirmed appointment by giving us at least a 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 100% of your service amount and loose your deposit. To book another appointment there is a $30 fee. Please be considerate of your specialist who gets paid to provide you a service. When you do not show you affect their earnings for the day, which is unfair. We also have a wait list of clients who would have loved your appointment spot but couldn’t take it because you reserved that time.

We do not provide refunds for cancelled/no show appointments.

 

 

Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the service time is available and other clients are not inconvenienced. Last minute cancellations (24 hours prior to your appointment) will be charged 100% of the service value and are not refundable or available for any credit. We understand life happens but we also appreciate your cooperation. Thank you for respecting what we love doing most – serving our clients!’

Prepaid Package: If you confirmed and does not show up or provide us at least a 5 hours notice, one session will be deducted from your package. No Exceptions!

 

I’m LATE!
Bloody traffic! Who knows when it will be good or bad?  Here is a tip, it is always bad so just anticipate that. If you do find yourself running late, give us a holler. Chances are if you are only 5 to 10 minutes behind we can try our best (no promises) to fit you in and your session will be shortened. If you're more than 15 minutes late we'll have to reschedule or cancel your appointment 

 

Special Needs and Medical Conditions
Your comfort and well-being are vitally important to us.  Prior to receiving your service, please
inform the technician about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies
and/or disabilities.  This allows us to customize your service to ensure your optimal enjoyment and
benefits.

 

Sanitation Standards and Commitment to Cleanliness
It's our #1 priority to maintain health and cleanliness at all times. We use disposable material only.
All implements are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and store in a clean container. Apparatus are
sanitized after each service. 

 

Service and Gift Certificates
There are no refunds on gift certificates or services. There are no cash/credit back refunds. If management determine that compensation is appropriate the Client will receive an in house credit for an estimated dollar amount. Services provider are not permitted to grant refunds at any time. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. MUST PRESENT CARD UPON ARRIVAL

Gift certificates and/or Prepaid Packages are valid for 10 months from month of purchase. or expiration date written on card.

No refunds will be issued on Gift Certificate and Prepaid packages. Unused portions of packages can be transferred to other services.

 

Payment Policy

Because our clinic offer beauty services , we do not take or bill insurance. Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of first treatment. We do not offer financing or payment plans. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credit issued for any services. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Paypal, Venom and CASH. All prices are subject to change without notice.  We also require a valid credit card number with expiration to hold all service reservations, even if a client intends to pay with a gift certificate or coupon. 

 

Special Considerations
L'AMI Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. In addition, L'AMI Skincare reserves
the right to discontinue treatment as appropriate.

As a courtesy to others, please remember if your treatment is delayed because of late arrival (more than 10mins), it will
end as scheduled so the next guest isn't inconvenienced.

 

Promotions

Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other promotions.

 

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but at your discretion, are always appreciated by your specialist.

 

Prices Subject To Change

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Visitors

We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the clinic including those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting area.

Treatment Outcomes

 

We will be honest in all our dealings with you as our trusted client. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

WHAT IS THE COST FOR CONSULTATION? DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

For your convenience, Consultation is available only on the weekend. There is a $20 fee for 10-15 minutes consultation or request for a throughout and more in-depth consultation with our Medical Specialist for $30 fee for 30 minutes session. Must book and make payment in advance. We apologize , we DO NOT accept walk-ins.

LASER TREATMENT APPOINTMENT HOURS

Laser procedures are performed by our contracted Board Certified Medical Personnel. Laser treatment are by appointment on weekend from 10AM to 3PM.
